We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.

You can also swim, paddle board or watch the sunset. We are 5 minutes from Maderia Park shopping, also a 20-minute drive to the best swimming lakes on the Sunshine Coast. We have made this a Five Star Glamping spot just for you.

The large sprawling deck allows you to peacefully soak in the views of the Sechelt Inlet. Or take a moment or three to appreciate the large arbutus tree etched across your sight line. Our place is easy to find, but hard to forget.

There is a large private dock where you can soak under the sun all day, enjoy swimming in the calm waters or have fun with our paddle-boards and kayaks. You also have the option to dock your boat during your stay.
