The gentle roar of the falls will mesmerize you as wildlife, & occasionally wild humans, float by enjoying the cold clear water pouring from Mammoth Spring. Centrally located near downtown Hardy, great food, music & shopping are steps away, yet the home is peaceful & private. Hands down the best view of the river!

The Lilypad is a private, delightful two-story home on Kiwanie Lake just blocks from the Southfork of the Spring River. The home sits on an acre of land with a seasonal creek. Fenced and pet friendly (1), it is a great retreat for small or larger groups (9 max). Use our boats for fishing at the lake or enjoy local shuttle rentals on the Spring River. Hardy and Cherokee Village are each a 2 mile drive. Fill your days with the beauty of the outdoors and come home to play pool or enjoy a campfire.

The Archer house is just two blocks from main street, one block from the Spring River, a short walk to Mammoth Spring State Park and close to dining and shopping. It has been completely remodeled in fall of 2022 and features many unique and premium features. Including a walk-in tile shower, wood ceilings in part of the house, cedar-clad front porch and more.
