Welcome to 'The Studio!' our lovely little studio apartment/tiny house! This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. We have now decided to update it and welcome lovely visitors travelling to Hereford. It has a stylish, spacious yet cosy living area, a separate kitchen and shower room, and private off-road gated parking. We are a 10 minute walk from the city Centre & Train Station.

Honeysuckle Cottage is a very cosy property with two double bedrooms, one single and a bathroom with shower. It is in excellent modern condition with a large airy kitchen and living room. The pretty garden wraps around the cottage on three sides and two levels and runs down to a bubbling brook at its foot (the brook can not be easily accessed from the garden and should pose no danger to children)

This beautiful newly renovated barn conversion is located in the quiet village of Mordiford just five miles to the East of Hereford and benefits from lovely walks direct from the door. The property is all on one level with just two small sets of steps. The property embraces renewable energy sources with both solar panels and an air source heat pump which feeds the underfloor heating which warms the flagstones throughout the living space. We warmly welcome children and well behaved dogs.

Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. It is a 10 min stroll to a beautiful country pub, with beer garden. Hereford city centre is a mere 2.5 miles. Ideally situated for visits to historic towns of Ledbury, Ross On Wye and the Wye Valley, Leominster and Ludlow, the Malvern Hills just a stones throw away!
