This rental is a stand alone house. A very comfortable queen size bed and a single bed in a separate bedroom, lodge style living room with a vaulted ceiling, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a half bath. Access to the pond and hiking trails. Nearby Sturbridge Village and Tree House Brewery.

This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)

Welcome to Frankin! This is a beautiful Victorian duplex that is close to everything you need. One side of the house is the rental and my wife and I live on the other side. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Northampton and just minutes from Smith College. There is also a nice park a couple of blocks down the road as well!
