Seperate toilet as well as toilet in main bathroom, single garage for parking or to store bikes etc. portacot available if required. Lots of parking available for motor homes etc. near new unit with open plan living and large decking area.

City Stadium Gem

Our unique place is close to everything you will need. A short walk to the FMG Stadium, close to Supermarkets & Hamilton City Centre. Located down a long driveway, off the road & private. Spacious homey living room with large sofa, bean bag, table & chairs, lamp. One bedroom with queen bed, side table, single bed & lamp. A fourth person must bring their own towel and sleeping bag. Heat Pump Air-Conditioner in living room only. Two off road car parks. Close to the main highway SH1.

La cabaña independiente de 2,5 años está ubicada en una propiedad de "estilo de vida" de 2 acres en el campo, pero está a solo 5 minutos en auto de la Universidad y 4 escuelas locales, nuestro supermercado local, oficinas de correos y restaurantes. También estamos a 15 minutos en coche del distrito central y del hospital en una dirección y del aeropuerto en la otra dirección. NO cobramos tarifas de limpieza por separado, ofrecemos descuento del 25% por semana, 35% por mes.

River View Cottage

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

Lovely private accommodation for you to enjoy. Wake up looking out the double glazed ranchslider to trees and your own private courtyard. Lovely super-king extremely comfy bed with everything you need to have a restful and peaceful stay. Heater, portable cooling fan in summer, outside cooker, microwave, retro fridge, desk, tv with cromecast. The Squeeze Me Inn

The Squeeze Me Inn is a cute little guesthouse sitting behind a grand old villa. It’s a bit like the TARDIS small on the outside deceptively roomy on the inside. Walking distance to city bars, restaurants and Centre Place for shopping. Five doors down towards the river walks is the popular Kirk Cafe. Five minutes walk to Claudelands Event Centre with the Roaming Giant gastro pub just opposite. Cricket grounds and Waikato Stadium all within walking distance.

The nearest cafe is Shires rest at Hobbiton movie set or there are many in Cambridge and Matamata
