The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.

Hiking, lake swimming and exploring is a beautiful 20 minute drive to the Gold Lakes Basin area. 5 Fantastic golf courses are just 15-30 minutes away.
