Apartamentul este la etajul 1 din 3,într-un bloc nou,cu lift, finalizat 2022. Apartamentul este in Oradea (Sânmărtin), într-o zonă liniștită, blocul fiind înconjurat de case. La numai 10 minute de băile termale (Băile Felix, Aquapark Nymphaea). Vă așteptăm cu drag să petreceți o vacanță care să vă încarce cu energie si voie bună.

Urban Apartment este situat intr-o zona centrala a orasului si pune la dispozitia turistilor cazare in regim hotelier pentru max. 2 pers. Apartamentul este intr-un bloc nou, fiind compus dintr-un living spatios + bucatarie, o baie generoasa, un dormitor si un balcon. Situat la ultimul etaj al blocului, iesirea pe balcon asigura o priveliste panoramica asupra orasului. Apartamentul se afla la doar 2 statii de tramvai de centrul istoric al orasului, fiind foarte aproape de centrele comerciale.

Aquapark Nymphea se afla la 2.5 km de locatia noastra, Lotus Mall la 3.5 km, Centrul orasului fiind la 5 km. Statie de autobuz in imediata venicatate a casei la 200m. Oferim finisaje moderne, facilitati spa, curte interioara cu sezlonguri si zona de gratar. Am pus accent pe intimitatea si relaxarea clientilor.

The apartment is situated in a new residential building, in the vicinity of Prima shops and Lotus retail park, where you can find many restaurants and shops. Inside the apartment everything is brand new, from modern custom furniture, to towels, bed linens, mattress, appliances and everything the kitchen is equipped with. You can enjoy a delicious coffee or a cup of tea. We have central underfloor heating and AC unit. Self check in after 2pm The capacity is for 3 people Free parking spot.
