Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Just down the road you will find Nowhere Grille, Bird Rack Bar, & Walter B's. The beach and boat ramp are only around 5 minutes away from this location. Coin washer and dryer.

Suwannee River Paradise

Remote cozy cabin-Two riverfront acres, 2 solo kayaks + 1 tandem for use with waiver. Private walk 500 ft through woods path to the riverfront. The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.

Sunset Cottage at Keaton is sure to be your favorite place to stay! The unobstructed views are always incredible, you’ll have a hard time leaving the porch or sitting under the house. In the evening after you had a fun day on the water, start up the grill, cook your catch from the day and have enjoy friends and family. Rather you are just relaxing all day to a full day on the gulf, you are going to make some of your favorite memories staying at the Cottage.

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If your lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

Beautiful sunsets, stargazing, birding, reading, fishing and scalloping during the season.
