Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Onze ruime studio van circa 43 m² bevindt zich aan de rand van het prachtige stadje Oudewater en midden in het veenweidegebied van het groene hart. De studio is een heerlijke ruimte om een weekend te relaxen en te genieten van de natuur maar ook een fijne plek om langer te verblijven en de omliggende steden te ontdekken. De studio is inclusief 2 fietsen waarmee u in 2 minuten de supermarkt bereikt en in ongeveer 5 minuten in het pittoreske centrum van Oudewater staat met heerlijke restaurants.

In de mooie Alblasserwaard een rustig gelegen, vrijstaand huisje aan het water. Perfect geschikt voor wandelen, fietsen, watersport. Kayaks en (gemotoriseerd) bootje bij ons aanwezig. In the beautiful polder Alblasserwaard (in between Rotterdam and Utrecht) in a quiet area, a single cottage by the water. Perfectly situated for hiking, cycling and for rest and relaxation. Wees welkom om na een steden trip, wandeling of fietstocht te komen relaxen op de bank bij de kachel of om lekker samen te koken in de buitenlucht om de dag vervolgens na goed glas wijn af te kunnen sluiten in de sauna! Kortom een pracht plek ❤️ om samen op adem te komen en te verbinden met elkaar en het nu 🍀.

Ons modern ingericht verblijf heeft een woon/slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en keuken. U heeft een eigen ingang en het is op de begane grond. Helemaal voor uzelf. Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. E-Bikes te huur.

In onze charmante sfeervolle binnenstadstuin aan de mooiste gracht van Gouda ligt de Apple Tree Cottage. Houdt u van charme en privacy dan is ons vrijstaande romantische pandje (40m2) uit 1800 iets voor u. Stijlvol ingericht met eetgedeelte, complete keuken en badkamer beneden en de woon/slaapkamer op de verdieping. Gelegen aan het mooiste grachtje van Gouda in het historisch stadscentrum nabij bezienswaardigheden, winkels, cafe's en restaurantjes. Zeer geschikt voor fietsers.

Het heeft op de eerste verdieping twee slaapkamers met bedsteden( met daarin een twee persoonsbed boxspring 2.10 mtr lang) Ook op de begane grond bevindt zich een twee persoons slaapkamer Op begane grond bevindt zich de open keuken met een oven en kookgelegenheid, gezellige woonkamer met een flatscreen tv. Ook de badkamer met een mooie douche, en het toilet bevinden zich op de begane grond

Apartment in Gouda with beautiful view

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! De Reeuwijkse Plassen en omgeving is een prachtig natuurgebied. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. De plassen zijn schoon, zodat er heerlijk gezwommen kan worden in open water. Het huisje is nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien, de was kunt u eventueel aan de gastvrouw brengen (niet gratis) Er kan vlakbij de studio kosteloos geparkeerd worden.
