It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. The room has a separate entrance, lockable, and opens from the common terrace. The guest house has a large garden with barn, garden pond, fireplace. The house is located in downtown Balatonfüred, between three churches, about 25-30 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafés in the area.

Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
