You'll have the entire house to yourself, complete with a cozy outdoor terrace. The property is secluded from street noise, tucked away in a small alley. Leiligheten ved sjøen i Damsgårdssundet, har kort vei til sentrum over Lillepudden (gang- og sykkelbro) og Nygårdsparken. Det er også gode forbindelser med buss og bane. Ca. 10 min. gange til bybanen mot Flesland. Leiligheten ligger under fjellet Løvstakken, et av Bergens 7 fjell. Løvstien (turvei) er ca 6 km lang og går langs foten av fjellet. Tvers over gaten ligger EVO treningssenter. Det er 2 minutt å gå til matvarebutikk (Kiwi m.m). Det er også spiseplasser og flere take-away i gaten.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

There are beautiful nature around here, fjord and mountain view, beach with little boat, sauna and grill on the terrace. 35 minutes to Bergen and lot of hiking possibilities near by. We love pets and we have 2 3 little dogs.
