During the summer months take advantage of access to Lake Grant, a private lake with canoe and picnic gazebo. In the winter, hop on nearby XC Ski trails or drive into town to the ski resort. After a long day of exploration, unwind in the shared hot tub.

Just two blocks away in either direction, you can take advantage of bus stops that will take you to Crested Butte where you will find endless outdoor recreational activities. You're stay comes with a fully stocked firewood shed to cozy up next to the wood burning stove on those chilly Gunnison evenings.
