The unit is completely separate with 3 private doors for you to come in and out. Step out and enjoy your privacy with the -500 Ft Pier, Boat House, hot tub, Grill and fire pit! - Hot tub for up to 5 people, with LED lights and control your own water temperature. - We are always available for questions!

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.

Sleeps up to 10 with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, bunk beds, queens, and a sleeper sofa. Pet-friendly (max 2). Washer/dryer included. Starter supplies provided. Contactless check-in. Guests must be 22+, some exceptions can be made with $500 deposit, fully refundable pending no damages. Snowbird discounts available.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
