Το σπίτι είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια , οικογένειες. Διαθέτει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεββάτια μετατρεπόμενα σε 1 μεγάλο διπλό κρεββάτι, 1 μπάνιο, σαλόνι με 2 πολυθρόνες μετατρέπομενες σε 2 κρεββάτια, κουζίνα, πισίνα, υδρομασάζ, τζάκι, θέρμανση, κλιματισμό, parking και κήπο.
