A quick 15 minute drive gets you right into SV. We are a 5 minute walk to Riparian Area Trailheads and a short drive from the Huachuca Mountains. Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! This unit is located at the end of a road with no traffic and is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink internet. Parking is on site. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old, No A/C, solar powered unit.

Cozy Rio Rico guesthouse with a view

This spacious guesthouse is in an ideal rural setting. Located near the Mexican border, the art community at Tubac, and the old Spanish mission of Tumacacori, there is lots to see and do. (Not to mention many good golf courses.) I am looking forward to your visit! To make your stay both pleasant and sanitary I steam clean floors, sani-wash all linens and towels, and wipe counters, sinks and toilet with sanitizer spray. Rest easy here!
