Nestled in the heart of Old Town Helotes, our 107-year old house is home to our beautiful bed and breakfast upstairs and our incredible coffee shop downstairs! The space is the entire second floor! With tons of natural light, feel free to people watch from the sunroom, or snuggle in the cozy living room! Enjoy the double-headed shower! The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

It brings you incredible sunrises to enjoy with your coffee and sunsets to enjoy with a good glass of wine or hot tea. We are just a 5 min walk from the Blanco River and River Road and a 3 min drive to the Wimberley Square. The house is well stocked with your kitchen essentials and bath goodies to soak the day away.
