Located next to the river the Oude Rijn, this house overlooks the river and a number of traditional little Dutch houses across from it. In summer it makes for a terrific spot to swim and lounge in the sun. In winter taking a refreshing plunge in the river after using our Finnish Sauna is highly recommended. Free coffee from fully automatic coffee machine as extra service. The vast majority of the electricity you use is generated sustainably with roof solar panels. the house is air-conditioned.

LISTED FOR LONGER TERM LETS IN WINTER, PRICE EXCLUDES SERVICES! A lovely family home right in the middle of Wemeldinge Marina, with the sea at the end of the road. Set in a cosy village, which has a small beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km from the house, and cycling paths everywhere. The house is able to accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so this house cannot host more than four adults.

Dit is de ideale plek voor ontspanning voor 2 personen! Op loopafstand van de Ginkelse heide vindt u deze gezellige hoekwoning. Er zijn vanuit hier verschillende fiets-, wandel- en mountainbike routes te vinden. Ook kunt u lopend naar het gezellige centrum van Ede. U kunt hier ontspannen in de sauna of met een borrel bij de sfeervolle houthaard. In het souterrain kunt u een potje pingpongen, poolen, darten en/of tafelvoetvallen. Er woont een poes in huis, Beer. Ze houdt van knuffelen en eten!

Je deelt de voordeur en trappenhuis met ons gezin. Twee trappen omhoog en daar vind je twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met douche. Op de bovenste verdieping heb je een open keuken, woonkamer en prachtig dakterras tot je beschikking. Je kan je eigen ruimte afsluiten door middel van een schuifdeur.

Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

Return back to enjoy a barbecue atmosphere with your friends in the garden or read your favorite book with the glass of champagne in a hot bathtub.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Cosy town house center of Leiden

A cosy town house. The warm feel of a ship's cabin, according to previous guests. Right in Leiden city center and yet so quiet. Recently, a construction historian estimated the inner walls of the house from 1670. My place is ideally suited for singles and couples without children. An excellent starting point to explore Leiden and the region on foot or by bike. Several guide booklets with diferent walks/bicycle tours are available. Katwijk beach is at a half hour by bus.

Mooi huis in de historische binnenstad van Hoorn, direct aan de haven en in de buurt van de winkelstraten, diverse terrassen en restaurants. Het station is op 15 minuten loopafstand en daardoor sta je in 45 minuten in Amsterdam. Ideale locatie dus! Het huis is deels gerenoveerd. Er is een ruime woonkamer, een gloednieuwe keuken met een mooie eettafel. Er zijn twee slaapkamers en je kunt gebruikmaken van een fijne tuin met vuurplaats.
