Clove St, surrounded by bushland with interesting walkways & parks, is conveniently located only 5 minutes from Murrumba Downs train station which links to Brisbane city, the Domestic & International airport, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. It takes only 5 minutes to access the Bruce Highway. A 5-minute drive to Dholes Rocks boat ramp & esplanade to access Moreton Bay. North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre, along with IKEA, Costco and all the big names are also within a 10-minute drive.

Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon for views up and down the river, and out to the bay.
