The Shedhouse at Milbrodale Farm is a stylish modern cottage surrounded by vines and olive trees and set on a 12-acre vineyard in Milbrodale. Relax and enjoy the views in this peaceful countryside setting. We cater to couples, friends and small families who are looking for a place to escape the rat race but still close enough to enjoy all that the Hunter Valley offers. Guests can also wander through the vineyard, enjoy a tasting (on request) and take in the surrounding captivating scenery.

Self-contained with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has your choice of king or twin beds. A large living area with a slow combustion wood burning fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric blankets for cool winter nights. Equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave and full size fridge. There's a BBQ on your own outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy the glorious view of the sun setting over the vineyard. This newly renovated 3-bedroom cottage is only footsteps to the historic Morpeth village and 5 minute drive to the new Maitland Hospital. Browse boutiques, enjoy a coffee in one of the many quaint cafes, relax with a picnic along the banks of the Hunter River, restaurants, wine bar and heritage pubs at your doorstep. Gouig Cottage is only a 30 min drive to Newcastle and 40 min to Pokolbin.

A picturesque 25 minute drive will have you in the heart of the wineries during the day - then back to Claret Ash Cottage by night to wine, dine and admire the view.
