We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. We have underfloor heating and all pets welcome.

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

King of Spades - Double with Ensuite and Kitchen

This room features double bed with a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy sofa and TV with SKY TV and a fully fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners with lovely views from French doors. The sofa bed provides sleeping for 2 little ones Enjoy our traditional breakfast using local ingredients served with fresh fruits and cereals. Wifi is not available in this room, but can be picked up around the Farm.
