Charming cottage hideaway surrounded by nature

Luxurious interiors, designed with keen attention to detail will ensure a truly memorable stay. Our recently renovated cottage includes a fully fitted kitchen & double bedroom situated at the top of a bespoke spiral stairs (sleeps 2 adults with room for cot/small mattress). The comfy sitting room features a kingsize sofa bed & log burner. We’re in central Norfolk on the grounds of a listed Manor House, ideal for a charming getaway surrounded by nature or a comfortable rest whilst working nearby.

Set in an acre of garden, The Hobby Room is self contained accommodation offering a modern, bright and spacious feel with high ceilings and french doors opening onto patio and gardens. A warm and welcoming place to stay for visitors to Norfolk/Suffolk. Quick access from the A11 (2 mins). Snetterton Race Circuit is only 4 miles away. Private access with ample parking behind secured gates means it's easy to come and go as you please. We're also happy to offer parking for trailers upon request.

Bluebell

Rocklands Retreat is situated in the village of Rocklands All Saints NR17 1TU a central mid Norfolk location. 27 mins by car to historic Norwich, 35 mins from Wroxham (Norfolk Broads) 1 hour away from Great Yarmouth and Cromer on the coast. It is run by Anne a private host who will welcome you on arrival. Rocklands is a small peaceful village with a community shop for all essentials, plus local produce, off license, fresh coffee and Norfolk ice-cream. Village pub The White Hart pub is 5min walk

The Picture House, Hingham, Norfolk

The Picture House - because of the huge 75” smart HDTV, library of DVDs and collection of original film posters on the walls! It has been beautifully renovated into a luxurious accommodation, comprising of a cosy bedroom with super king size bed with a door leading out to a private garden. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower, loo and basin. The wow factor is the huge open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with island and a full sized pool table, woodburner and large comfy sofas.

The Granary; a peaceful retreat

The Granary offers comfort and peacefulness in a country setting just 4 miles from Wymondham and 11 miles from Norwich. Train and bus connections just 2 miles away in Attleborough. The Granary is a cosy retreat within the grounds of our Mill House. Contemporary kitchen facilities: mini oven, microwave. Heating; electric radiators and underfloor heating in bathroom. Entry is via our property with off street parking. Sorry no pets and not suitable for small children. Max occupancy 2 people.

Country annex with stunning views and hot tub

Detached high quality rural accommodation surrounded with stunning field views for 2-4 guests. The Bolt hole is situated on a quite lane in the small Norfolk village of Scoulton. This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

The Milking Parlour

Totally secluded, with immediate access to lanes, streams and woods, the Milking Parlour offers respite from the stress of everyday life. Once a vital part of Home Cottage Farm, The Parlour has been converted, to a very high standard, into compact studio accommodation. The patio with a cheminea gives opportunity to stargaze our wide East Anglian skies. Local villages have pubs and general stores. Our sparkling city, Norwich, the North Norfolk coast with seals and cubs are for you to enjoy.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Dovecote A11

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

The Treehouse Game and Stay

The Treehouse Game and Stay isn't your usual self catering apartment. It has its own pool table and retro arcade machine exclusively for your use. Situated above our oak framed cartlodge in the grounds of our house on the edge of the 44 acre village green of Old Buckenham. The village has 2 pubs, shop and country walks. The Treehouse accommodates 2+2 and has a double bedroom, shower room and large open plan living area/games room with kitchenette and breakfast bar.

The Boathouse, beautiful lake and estate views

The Boathouse in Sennowe Park is a truly special property and we are delighted to have the opportunity to let it on behalf of its wonderful owners! Designed by renowned Norfolk architect George Skipper The Boathouse sits in a totally unrivalled position looking over the beautiful lake and grounds at Sennowe Park, next to Pensthorpe Nature reserve (recent home of BBC’s ‘Springwatch’) and just a 20-minute drive from the North Norfolk coast at Wells-next-the-Sea.

The Hares luxury Pod overlooking Banham Moor

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, and wake up in a luxurious king size bed. Open up the French doors and look out onto Banham Moor. The Pod can accommodate 2 adults and 2 young children sleeping on the sofa bed. The Pod is self contained, with an en-suite shower room and kitchenette. There is an indoor and outdoor table and chairs for eating or if you just want to sit outside and enjoy the piece and quiet and admire the view.
