Magical 1-bed cottage set by the edge of a tranquil moat in the grounds of a beautiful Georgian rectory. Private garden and parking. TV, wifi, wood burning stove, electric oven, hob and microwave. Around half an hour from the North Norfolk coast, Thetford Forest and Kings' Lynn. Just 40 minutes from the ancient cathedral city of Norwich. Popular and friendly village pub with restaurant, 10 minutes walk away. The quaint market town of Swaffham and its wonderful forest walks just 15 minutes drive.

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Nutkins Cottage, Little Massingham, Norfolk

A simply stunning new stylish place to kick back and relax. Recently renovated, and set in beautiful North Norfolk. Choose whether to wind down in the hot tub, overlooking the serene countryside or go for a wander through the calming meadows and woodland on the Little Massingham Manor estate. To complete the cosiness of the hot tub, bathrobes and slippers are provided for guests to use. There is an EV charger available to charge your car (payable).
