Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Stay in a fully self-contained wing of our beautiful historic Grade 2 listed family home dating back to 1616 and mentioned in Pevsner’s Guide. Arranged over 2 floors and with a separate entrance, you have your own kitchen and living room with space for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms in a quiet Northamptonshire village. The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym.
