This home offers 4 bedrooms, including a Master Suite with its own stand alone soaking tub, multiple living areas, a huge undercover enclosed entertainment area where you watch the sunset over the water. It also has a solar heated swimming pool and ducted heating and cooling for all year round comfort

Situated on the esplanade across from Shelley Beach and Parnkalla walking trail, this 2 bedroom, fresh modern apartment is a great holiday home. With uninterrupted views of the bay it offers beautiful views from the main bedroom and living/dining room. Simply walk across to the beach or around the coast on the trail. It is fully self contained and quiet situated only minutes from CBD. Quality mattresses for a great nights rest. We take pride in providing a clean comfortable place for guests.

Shelley Rocks Private Guest Suite

A modern, concrete tilt-up house located literally metres from the beautiful Boston Bay. Your 2 bedroom private suite with its own luxurious bathroom where you can sit in the freestanding bath and look out over the bay is located in your downstairs section of the house. Relax in the indoor egg chair or on the extra large lounge, open the front bifold doors and watch seals, dolphins, whales and ospreys pass within metres. Walk out the front onto the Parnkalla Trail or just relax on the deck.

Tawarri Studio - river bushland retreat

The Tawarri Studio is a beautiful lime stone studio apartment. It has one spacious living area with a lofty vaulted ceiling with a luxury bathroom attached. The Studio is well appointed with aircon, kitchenette, TV, and is nestled on an acre of bushland garden that it shares with the main house. It’s a stone's throw from the Glenelg river, the Lower Glenelg National Park, And the pristine beaches of Discovery Bay. Note - we are currently unable to provide linen for our guests. Apologies.

This unique home was a labour of love built by your hosts. It has all the wonderful atmosphere that lime rendered straw bale creates - undulating walls and deep windows overlooking the bushland.

‘The Espy’ - A 50 metre stroll to the Yacht Club

Pull up a comfy chair and watch the world go by, or grab a rod and throw a line in down at the jetty. The Espy is situated on the Esplanade, next door to the local IGA Supermarket. All your entertainment needs are covered with the Coffin Bay Yacht club located just out the front gate, Oyster HQ, 1802 Oyster Bar, Beachcomber and the Coffin Bay Hotel all within walking distance, There are endless options of 'things to do' while staying at the Espy. Fill your days with memory making.
