Perfectly accommodates small groups of 4, not including an additional guest that can make themselves comfortable on the twin pull-out. HUGE deck out front for watching the sunset & grilling the night away! You'll find the pint-sized kitchen equipped with the essentials. Everything is pint-sized including the 4-burner stove and 1/2 fridge.

The outdoor fireplace is a great place to warm up after a beach walk, and for making smoors. So open the windows, and let the ocean lull you to sleep.

Whether you're a winter storm watcher, fisherman or surfer, our location is ideal.

Cozy beach house is located at 2022 State Route 105 in Grayland. The house is a 60 second drive to a beach access road with parking at the entrance. Fishing, surfing and clamming are all in close proximity. Nearby Westport also offers fun shops, fishing and beautiful views. After a day at the beach, you can relax in the hot tub or kick your feet up and relax.
