This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Välkomna att bo granne med älgar och rådjur. I detta lilla mysiga hus bor ni på en egen tomt längst upp på Frejs Backe. Tomten har en stor altan runt tre sidor av huset, med sol till frukost, lunch och middag. Vid huset finns en stor gräsmatta lämplig för lek och spel. Omgivningarna består av ängar och vacker skog. 200 m till badbrygga och 800 m till klippor och strand i kvällssolen. Köket har spis, ugn, kyl & frys och micro. Ena sovrummet har våningssäng och i vardagsrummet finns en braskamin.

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. På sommaren finns grill & utemöbler på den insynsskyddade altanen.Roddbåt finns att låna någon dag vid förfrågan. Finns en 120 säng & en bäddsoffa draperi till sovrummet.Ingen rökningen ,inga husdjur pga allergi. Lakan & handdukar ingår ej men kan läggas till för 150:-pp Huset ligger nära huvudhuset där vi bor permanent .

Welcome to wonderful Stockholm archipelago and our cottage Lydia's on Norröra. Our wonderful cottage is known from Astrid Lindgren's iconic TV series Saltkråkan and is suitable for friendgroups, the couple in love or a family with kids. Cottage is located on a large estate, only 10 minutes walk from the ferry stop and 5 min to our private jetty located on the public sandy beach. Enjoy a dinner in the beautiful garden, walks in the forrest and bask in a sauna before the evening dip...

Stor lummig tomt med studsmatta och två egna uteplatser med grill. Viss sjöutsikt och gångavstånd till gemensamt bad. Huset ligger i charmiga Västernäs med fina gamla hus, grusvägar och hagar med betande djur, på vackra Rådmansö (bilväg).
