The 140qm apartment is converted into a loft, featuring a light-filled spacious room with an integrated open kitchen and a cozy dining area with a corner bench and a large table. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

Sehr gemütliches Dachgeschoss mit eigener/m Küche,Bad,Wohn-, Schlafraum (33 qm) mit Satelitten-Fernseher,Blick über die Dächer(2. Etage)des ruhigen Wohngebietes von Ramersdorf-Perlach im Südosten Múnchens. Im Sommer bietet sich mein kleiner Garten zum Verweilen/zu einem Essen im Grünen an. Sie wohnen zusammen mit mir und meinem kleinen Hund in einer Doppelhaushälfte, wobei das Dachgeschoss abschließbar ist. In ihrer Küche ist kein Wasseranschluß, aber im Bad ist eine Spülschüssel für Geschirr.

Von hier aus erreichen Sie das Münchner Stadtzentrum zum Sightseeing, Ausstellungen, sowie das Oktoberfest bequem mit S-Bahn, Zug oder PKW in ca. 30 Min. Die Messestadt Riem (Konzerte u. Messen) nur 20 Min. Die Allianz Arena ist ebenso leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Für weitere Ausflüge empfehlen wir die größte Thermenwelt Europas in Erding, Freizeitpark Poing sowie die Erkundung vieler Badeseen. Zusätzliche Informationen liegen selbstverständlich in der Wohnung aus.

Supermarkt, Bäcker, Biomarkt - alles fußläufig 12 Zugminuten von Grafing Bahnhof zum Münchner Ostbahnhof. Und S-Bahn nach München von Grafing Stadt. Ein guter Platz zum Arbeiten, Ausspannen, Ausflüge in die Berge unternehmen, Messe ..

Enjoy your vacation in this paradise in the suburb of Munich and u will have an unforgettable trip! The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Das große Bad mit Eckbadewanne und Fenster ist sehr geräumig und hell. Die Couch kann zum Bett ausgezogen werden. Wlan wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

It features 3 bedrooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen with a sofa, a small bathroom, and a view of the greenery. There is one parking space right outside the door (with additional parking available on the street). Close to the S-Bahn: just approx. 22 minutes to Munich (Marienplatz) or approx. 30 minutes to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke), or a 15-minute drive to the trade. Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
