Ideally situated on the heart of Lake Seminole, The Q’Whack Shack is a water enthusiasts dream hideaway. Enjoy boating, angling, an array of watersports (skiing, tubing, etc.), grade-A bass fishing and duck hunting with convenient private dock access just steps from the back door. Waterfront restaurants and other provisions just a quick boat/car ride away.

Located in a quiet neighborhood and the middle of town. The house has been remodeled and I am working on a carport with a solar panel roof. There is some construction happening outside though not while guests are present.

Ample parking in front of the cottage and a cute backyard to enjoy. Great location close to downtown Panama City and Beck ave. Only 11 miles to the beaches. The cottage is a short walk to the bay where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

The dock is large, with two covered boat slots with lifts. Seasonally, the boat dock provides good fishing. The neighborhood is safe for walks and family activities.
