This is truly mountainside living with trail & ski access right out the door! We remodeled over 4 months & added a 14 ft live edge bar, 100 year old hardwood vanities and many other touches to make the mountainside a memorable Colorado experience. While staying you can enjoy all that Granby Ranch has to offer in every season or access Winter Park or Grand Lake in quick 20 minute drives. A grocery store and gas station are only 5 minutes away and Granby is right around the corner. Enjoy!

Just a few minute walk to restaurants, pubs, shops, hiking trails, and all that Winter Park has to offer! Soak in one of the hot tubs at the nearby clubhouse after a full ski day or cool off in the indoor pool after adventuring out on a hike or bike ride. Enjoy the convenience of the free ski shuttle behind the building for a 15-minute ride to Winter Park Ski Resort.

Fireside Haven is a cozy studio located on a secluded spot RIGHT on the Fraser River, yet is walkable to all that downtown Winter Park has to offer. Dine-out, shop, enjoy coffee at a café, cocktails at happy hour, hike/bike and catch the ski shuttle all within a five-minute walk from your front door! You will have a king-size bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, full kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, private patio & ski closet.

Cozy 1 bedroom Granby Ranch condo

Welcome to our Granby Ranch condo! Great access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and golf. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the base of the ski mountain (small fee required)as well as a free tub in our complex. Unit has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. FYI-I don’t accept any reservation requests without confirming the cleaning arrangements first. Our STR permit # is 006840.
