Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat

The Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat is our second Airbnb in Pensacola. We enjoyed hosting so much that we bought a 1927 Tudor cottage in the East Hill area of Pensacola, renovated and decorated it with lighthouses from around the US featuring the Pensacola Lighthouse. The cottage is 1000 square feet with a modern floor plan in the living space with enough room for larger families or two families. Two bedrooms, one bath, and lots of outdoor space, including a shower will accommodate larger groups.

This cozy retreat is a detached private apartment in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown. The space has its own private entrance with a patio, queen bed, Roku TV, Alexa, kitchenette, and a private bathroom. The kitchenette features a mini-fridge, 2-burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Whether you are here for a quick weekend getaway, extended vacation, or visiting as a traveling professional, you will find that this space will enhance your Pensacola experience.

A former artist studio converted to a comfortable retreat space in the North Hill neighborhood of Pensacola. Within a mile of Downtown Pensacola... the location is tough to beat! This cozy space is perfect for two, and is high up overlooking the treetops and rooftops of historic Pensacola. The high ceilings make the loft feel spacious, and the large windows fill the space with natural light. ***We do make a special request that guests walk softly after 10:00pm (we sleep below 😴). ***

Our tiny house was custom built in 2022 and is located in beautiful East Hill. Our place is centrally located just minutes from PNS airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. The tiny house is a completely private space with driveway parking for 2 cars and your own patio area! Enjoy beautiful views of the Bayou from the dining room table or the patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!

Centrally located with quick access to the interstate. This cozy space is fully furnished to be your 'home away from home'. Rest and relax with a Smart TV in every room, full kitchen, XBox with games for the kids, washer/dryer, propane grill and a Hot Tub to unwind in. Located 15 minutes from Pensacola Beach and 10 minutes from historic downtown and Palafox St. Enjoy easy access to bars, white sand beaches, art galleries, boutiques, music, unique restaurants, and more.

North Hill Guesthouse

This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.

Steps from scenic Bayview Park with paddle boards, canoes, and bikes for rent, and a short ride to bars, breweries, and restaurants on 12th Avenue. Historic downtown Pensacola offers shopping, dining, and live music at Vinyl Music Hall and performances at The Saengar Theater. Plus, the stunning white sands of Pensacola Beach are a short and stunning drive away.

It is also a short walk to East Hill Wine Bar, Alga Brewery, jitterbug coffee shop and popular J’s bakery. While attached to the main house, this guest suite is completely private with it’s own entrance, driveway parking and patio area. As new hosts in the area, we are excited to make your visit to Pensacola as enjoyable as possible!
