Lovely 4-room-apartment in 2-familyhouse with seperate entrance and free parking. The apartment is on the second and third floor. The neigbourhood is safe, green and idyllic close to Mariaplan/Slottsskogen/Central Gothenburg. The house is from 1923 and got lots of contempary details like wooden floors etc. Please note that there is a scaffolding on the gable of the house (exterior) since this side willl be repainted during april/may. No disturbing noise, not affect parking lot or entrance.

The accommodation is just as suitable for stays for you on longer or shorter work assignments as it is for a small family or two adults on holiday. The accommodation is close to nature, the sea and the archipelago. Walking distance to bus and grocery store. By bus you can easily get to both the center of Gothenburg and the Norra Archipelago. About 15 minutes by car to Volvo, Preem, the Port of Gothenburg.

In total there is sleeping space for four adults (sofa bed + bed). The apartment's fully tiled bathroom has, in addition to toilet and shower, both heated towel rail and washing machine. You will have your own entrance with a four-digit code that you will receive well in advance of arrival.

Well-equipped kitchen with dining area. Fully tiled shower and toilet.

Also close to "Stenpiren", which is the stop for boats, if you want to go on a boat trip to the Gothenburg Archipelago.
