The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
