About 13 miles from Brighton and Chichester and 8 miles from rustic Arundel. Has Double bed, fold out bed (extra charge*), sofa, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave) shower room and a good sized garden where guests are welcome to relax. Laundry facilities are available by prior arrangement with Peter or Lisa. Use of foldup bed is an extra £10 per night

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Ideally located for Worthing, the Beach and the South Downs. Free on road parking. Minimum 2 night stay. Goring terraced cottage

The cottage is in a great location with shops, restaurants and a bus stop right outside. It is homely and very characterful inside with a garden around the back. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need to cook a meal. The beach is a short 10 minute walk with sea lane café. It is a short drive to Worthing town centre with shops, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, theatres and bars. Brighton is a 30 minute drive or bus/train ride.
