This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Enjoy the natural beauty that San Francisco has to offer in our charming 2 bedroom garden unit in the Outer Richmond. Right next to major tourist attractions like the Sutro Baths, Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach, Sutro Park, and Lands End Hike, our apartment is also a 5 minute walk to a bus stop. Please note that since this is a garden unit there is no stove. However, we do have a microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator. Dryer/Laundry is coin operated and at additional cost.

Sea Cliff Garden Studio + Patio, Sun!

Steps from beaches, Lands End, Sea Cliff, and the Presidio, this 400 sq. ft. studio sleeps four and features a dining area, kitchenette, mini fridge, and microwave. Explore Michelin-starred restaurants, coffee shops, the bustling Clement Street and NOPA neighborhoods, the Presidio Tunnel Tops — or relax on the patio and read a book. Note: there is no stove or oven.

Garden studio - Presidio, Baker Beach

Newly renovated space within walking distance to SF attractions. Great for couples, or families with young kids. Located in the Central Richmond. 5 minute walk to the Presidio gate, 15 minutes to Baker Beach, and 25 minutes to Golden Gate Park. Great nature abound as well as restaurants nearby. The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.
