The Billiard Room, The Green, Biddestone, SN14 7DG

The Billiard Room is a beautiful property set in the grounds of The Close, an 18th century house facing the duck pond, on the village green, in Biddestone. It is ideally placed to visit the World Heritage City of Bath, and to explore the historic villages and countryside of Wiltshire & the Cotswolds. Originally a blanket factory, and subsequently the village school, it has undergone sympathetic restoration to create a unique living space, with a four poster bed, living area and breakfast bar.

Rosemary Cottage is a charming Grade II Listed 17th-century Cotswold stone cottage in the heart of Bibury, “the most beautiful village in England.” Just a 2-min walk to Arlington Row and close to the tranquil River Coln, it blends original features like exposed beams with modern comforts. Featuring two cozy bedrooms, a real fire and off-street parking. Ideally situated for wedding venues, countryside walks and with the Swan Inn pub less than 5 min walk - it’s the perfect countryside retreat.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Barn conversion close to the Cotswolds

Relax and enjoy a stay at a stylishly appointed barn in the centre of Cricklade with your own private off road parking. It is walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. This small friendly town is on the edge of the Cotswolds close to the water park with its choice of activities, including sailing, fishing, swimming, archery, golf and a beach(!) There are many walking and cycling paths and tracks, including the Thames Path. Ideal for the Air Show, Cheltenham Races and Badminton.

The Apartment

"The Apartment" is a self contained 1 bedroom detached apartment. It is set within 2 acres of land and is adjacent to the owners own 1830's Georgian home. "The Apartment's" French doors open up to a covered veranda which overlooks a 1/3 of an acre of Orchard, boasting fruit trees of plums, pears & apples .To the side there is also Hot Tub. During your stay you have sole use of this private area and Hot Tub .Guest may want to bring flip flops as the Hot Tub is sat on Cotswold stones.

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Beautiful Cotswold Stone Cottage

Situated close to the Cotswold Way and the Gloucestershire Way footpaths, Close Cottage (the earliest building in Coberley circa 1550) really is in the heart of the Cotswold Hills. The self contained property comprises: two double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and a cosy lounge with wood burner. The traditional Cotswold stone cottage overlooks picturesque countryside and is situated within ten minutes drive from the beautiful and popular spa town of Cheltenham.

The Cabin

A rustic, secluded self contained Cabin beside a lake, set in the heart of rural Wiltshire. Take yourself back to nature and enjoy far reaching views in this peaceful off-grid setting. Enjoy stargazing around the fire pit and snuggle down in front of the log burner. We're veggies here so we ask that no meat is cooked on the premises, this includes inside the cabin itself as well as in the South Barn space. There is a good outdoor bbq for meat lovers though! Kellaways House Cottage

Kellaways House Cottage is located in the small village of East Tytherton, Wiltshire close to the nearby market towns of Chippenham and Calne in the north of the county. Its rural setting provides a tranquil atmosphere without being too far from local amenities. The area is popular with walkers and cyclists, but if you want a bit more excitement, it is also perfectly situated to explore places further a feld in Wiltshire, East Somerset and the South Cotswolds.
