Villa 37 is fully self contained with split air conditioning, a kitchenette featuring convection microwave, refrigerator, benchtop hotplate, cooking equipment, excellent bathroom facilities along with two outdoor bathtubs with spectacular views.

We are on the Farm Gate Trail and very close to The Cooks Shed and cafe, Tractor 828. 20 minutes from Dargle and the Colo River. Basic on the outside, this comfy little flat has parking outside the front door and horses roaming in close. Tar access to driveway and undercover parking. Motor bikes welcome. Dogs welcome at an extra charge.

Access is via boat and tinny so you'll get to potter about on the water and make trips to local shops and amazing restaurants. . My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.

The renovated cabin is set in an acre of gardens and is an ideal retreat for a couple. The cabin has a Living/Bedroom area with one queen bed, a sunny Kitchen and a new Bathroom. There are cafes nearby, the Botanic Gardens are a short walk, and the main towns of the Blue Mountains are 20 minutes drive away.

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)
