Here you'll find views out to the mountains, established gardens, a kitchen ready for cooking, a comfortable bathroom and a living room made for lounging, the cottage awaits!

Warm, peaceful entire Studio is surrounded by natural bird life and century old gum trees.Major roads surrounding are sealed .The Property has off the street parking down the drive way for discreet private getaway. Two queen beds plus pullout sofa if required.The well known board walk on Bancroft Bay can be a 1 minute stroll down a natural walk way from the studio .
