Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. Our sunny apartment looks out to stunning mountain views with an easy walk to ski/ mountain bike lifts, restaurants, bars and shopping. With no common walls and on the top floor the apartment is quiet. Lockup storage for skis, bikes and prams. Designated parking space. Free winter shuttle bus. Saturday from 6pm watch the flare run/ fireworks from our verandah. Bobuck 3c is the perfect place to stay.

Our Hotham Home with a View

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Halls Retreat is a private, luxury 1 bedroom apartment. Ideal for two or a solo getaway. It boasts an indoor spa room with a wall-mounted TV, a fully equipped kitchen, king bed, ensuite bathroom and lounge room with a 65-inch TV with Netflix and Sonos sound system. The apartment also comes with all linen and towels included for the spa, fast internet and a small deck with a barbecue.
