Access from a separate driveway, just a 10 minute walk to the ferry and downtown Sointula. Perfect for couples, families, or visiting workers. Comfortably sleeps 4 and the sofa can accommodate a fifth in a pinch. Let us know if you need baby items. We live upstairs (dogs and baby too), and have a great tenant in the other garden level suite.

Although this is a small cottage it has a fully equipped kitchenette, one bathroom, one double bed and a fold out couch, There is also a semi private patio for your use. The cottage is entirely on its own and not attached to any other dwellings, as seen in the pictures. The rental is of the entire dwelling.
