A unique two level house (loft+2 attic bedrooms) in old city center under the fortress, with a terrace and a superb view. Stairs street leading to the house (like the 5th floor). For extra fee we help with airport transfer and lifting luggage. Fully equipped and furnished. Ideally suites for 4 persons but can fit up to 6. Main attractions are in walkable distance. Next to the house is the famous ArtCafe 144 Stairs. A 24 hours-open Georgian restaurant and small supermarkets are close.

In our comfortable duplex apartment, we have 5 bad rooms with authentic views of old Tbilisi yards. In summer you can enjoy with beautiful mountain "Mtatsminda" view from a terrace which is located on the second floor of the apartment and in winter you can sit in front of the fireplace in the huge living room with Georgian famous wine. The apartment is on the second floor of the 19th-century building. "Apartment with terrace" gives you the chance to fill the spirit of authentic Tbilisi.

The Sulitzer Residence is located in the heart of Chugurethi just a 5 min walk away from the Marjanishvili subway station and walking distance from some of the best F&B options in Tbilisi. The Sulitzer Residence has eight bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 16 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table in the living room. The Sulitzer Residence is perfect for larger groups that want to stay together but also value their own spaces.
