With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

Genesis House & Revelation House are also available on the same property. Hope House is nestled among pine trees in a quiet, secluded setting. The perfect place for honeymoons, anniversaries, celebrations, couple reconnecting, and small families. We have everything you need to feel right at home. There is a 3 1/2 acre pond, a walking trail, and so much more! The grounds are beautiful with trees, shrubs, and flowers. Fishing, paddle boating, cycling, and walking trails are available!

This cozy cabin is perfect for a weekend or week long retreat! If offers over 100 ft of water frontage on the Georgia side of Lake Harding. Our Lake house is located on Lake Chatuge in a quite secluded neighborhood in the beautiful North Georgia mountain town of Hiawassee. We are on the lake with an accessible deep water dock. This house offers lots of cozy indoor and outdoor space with plenty of seating, including covered seating areas off of each king room, a large open deck, a lower deck, fire pit, and covered patio next to water. Lake Nottely Vacation Rental, King Beds, Pontoon

Entire lower level of lakefront home with private cove and dock. The lake is your backyard. Space includes three bedrooms (two with king-size beds and one with two twin beds) a large great room with fireplace, pool table, theater room, dining area, small but well-equipped kitchenette, 12x60 covered patio. Gas grill with side burner. During the summer season, you can rent our pontoon boat for $250 a day. You will need to reserve it in advance to make sure it is available.
