A Helix Plus King-Size Mattress provides luxurious comfort, and a leather couch sits you in front of a faux-stone electric fireplace, and a 50" Roku HDTV.

Welcome to our 11-acre property with fully stocked one-acre pond for fishing and swimming. We are centrally located amongst the Ashtabula harbor, Geneva-on-the-Lake, and Harpersfield wineries. We have a beautiful king-sized one bedroom and one bath unit with a full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. Roku tvs in living room and bedroom. Laundry facilities on site. Please note: There is a queen Japanese futon or air mattress available for one to two more guests.
