First, the apartment is in perfect location. It's in the City Hall square, but deep in the inner yard, where it's peaceful and quiet. Access is straightforward, just one level above the ground. I refurbished it in Sep 2016 and made it to my liking - it's modern and stylish, tastefully contrasting with the 17th century historic building it's in.
