The accommodation is privately situated with beautiful countryside views. Bring your own dog or horses, stables, grazing, arena and horse walker available. Private garden. You may even get a visit from neighbouring deer. Dog walking service available. 1 dog permitted, more maybe considered.

The annexe is attached to a family home but offers complete privacy. It features its own fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge (with sofa bed), dining area, king size bedroom & modern bathroom. Ideal for your stay!

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy is a newly renovated barn conversion with 360 degree views of the Buckinghamshire countryside, the property has been renovated to a high standard, with one double & one king size bedroom and a walk in shower room, the open plan kitchen diner family space opens onto a large patio with fesoon lighting and rattan furniture, enclosed lawn & childrens play equipment, the utility room boosts a washing maching and tumble dryer.
