We are just 30 minutes to the Lake District and 2 miles to M6,which offers great access to explore the N.W. We allow 2 well-behaved small/medium dogs.

If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

The location is calm and peaceful, yet within easy reach of Lancaster, Garstang and surrounding areas and only 5 mins from the J33 on the M6 motorway and from Lancaster University. The open-plan design combines a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living space, opening onto a quiet and secluded patio and parking area outside.

Private parking next to the bungalow, and a car is essential.
