The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. A teraszról gyönyörű kilátás nyílik a sétatávolságban fekvő Velencei-tóra, ahonnan alkalmanként hőlégballonok felszállását is nyomon kísérhetjük. A kerti medencét, a 6 személyes Jakuzzit és a teljes ingatlant a vendégek kizárólagosan használhatják, a tulajdonos nem az ingatlanon lakik.

Zsíroshegyi Vendégház II- New luxurious wooden cottage in a huge private garden, perfect for relaxation! On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)

Our brand new holiday home is open for rent all year around in a safe and calm environment. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

You are welcome in our new house at the Velencei lake. It is ideal for a few day trip with friends or for a family holiday. Close to the lake and also not too far from the thermal bath of Agárd. You can reach the capital city of Hungary( Budapest) and the bigest lake in the country Lake Balaton in an hour.
