It is small/intimate, perfect for families who enjoy being right at the beach. Public access is directly across the small road in front of the house. Steps away from your beach vacation! BE AWARE that in order to access our unit, Guests will NEED TO CLIMB STAIRS! There is an ActiveTek Air Scrubber with ozone attached to HVAC.

Our home is located on the creek in Garden City Beach. We offer a full garage apartment, with full kitchen, large walking shower with a private entrance. We are 4 tenth of a mile from The Pier, 3 miles from Murrells Inlet, home of the marsh walk, restaurants and bars. Myrtle beach is 10 miles north. Enjoy watching sunrise or sunset on our 3rd story widow’s walk. We have available 2 bikes, beach chairs and towels. Special rates are available for weekly and monthly rentals.

The Salty Barn is tiny and anything but ordinary. It’s within walking distance to the Marshwalk, with plenty of dining options and fresh seafood. The comfy sofa pulls out into a double bed, or, if you’re brave, you can climb the stairs up to the loft, which has a queen mattress. Relax inside with views of the greenery outside, or pull up an Adirondack chair and relax outside by the Chiminea. This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with plenty to do nearby.
