La propiedad se ha actualizado completamente para incluir una nueva cocina con comedor de planta abierta, tres baños nuevos y una decoración y mobiliario de muy buen gusto. Calefacción eléctrica en todas partes. Nuevo techo de listones que sustituyó al techo de paja original. Grandes céspedes delanteros y traseros donde los niños pueden jugar con seguridad, o simplemente relajarse en la serenidad del jardín.

The accommodation comprises of one King bed downstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and second mezzanine with one single bed, both accessed by ladder. Cottage is Off Grid, lights and fridge are solar powered,. Cooker, hot water, heating and shower are powered by gas.

The stone cottage which is over 250 years old has been recently renovated and retains its traditional style: stone and white-washed walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There are also modern conveniences: heating, Wifi, TV with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. Outside guests have their own patio and garden area with seating

The Gap Cottage, Gap of Dunloe

The Gap Cottage is located in the Gap of Dunloe beside the world famous Kate Kearney's cottage Bar & Restaurant. The Coffee Pot and Heather restaurants are only a few mins stroll away. The cottage comprises of two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with a bunk bed) both ensuite and a kitchen con living area. The rear of the cottage faces the Purple mountain whilst the front of the cottage faces Strickeen mountain.
