Within five minutes walk lies Moor Park which is excellent for walking with or without dogs. Also in close proximity are UCLAN, Royal Preston Hospital, and BAE. The motorway junction is 2 miles away taking you to Blackpool within 30 minutes (Via M55) and to the Lake District within 60 minutes (M6)

At the end of the road is a 24 hour petrol station for any little extras for your stay. Hospital is a 12 minute walk. M6/M55 is less than five minutes down the road.
