Wir haben keine Playstation aber wir haben den Wald als wohl größter, vielseitigster und kreativster Spielplatz den es gibt für jung bis alt hinterm Haus.

Unser Haus mit familiärer Atmosphäre und herrlichen freien Bergblick liegt im Grünen und dennoch zentral, nur 200 m von der neuen Spieljochbahn und nur 5-10 Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum entfernt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem kleinen Plateau auf 1098 Meter auf der Sonnenseite des Zillertals. Super Aussicht ins Zillertal. Das ganze Hause wurde 2010 neu gebaut. Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.

Mit dem Duft und der Atmosphäre natürlicher Materialien heißt die Zillertalerin Sie willkommen. Jedes der Apartments verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa. Das Wohnzimmer bietet zusätzlich Platz für 2 Personen auf dem Schlafsofa. Eine kleine Terrasse rundet die Gemütlichkeit unseres Hauses ab. Parken können Sie vorm Haus im Carport mit Abstellraum für Ski, Skischuhe, Rodeln, Fahrräder und alles was im Wohnraum keinen Platz findet.
